State of SBOM: What's Coming in Standards and Regulations

This presentation will give an overview of the current state of SBOM technology and practices, with a focus on recent standards, regulations, and government activity. As SBOM tools and activities has grown, it has become more diverse, and it can be hard tracking the acronyms, policies, and documents. We'll try to capture the current state, including what is seen as easy, and what are the challenges we're still working on. Much of the focus will capture efforts around the world to encourage--and sometimes require--greater software transparency.
